I'll be updating this weekly. From when my beans pop to harvest. I got 4 greenpointseeds strains. I'm not anywhere close to being able to give advice myself but can atheist finish a grow. Maybe not with stellar yields but ill have a harvest. That being said I am very open to advice and would gladly to any criticism to heart. View attachment 4719326Don't hesitate to give me some pointer as this grow plays out. Thanks in advance for the help and thanks for the advice I've already gotten. Like my soon to be too hot of soil. That stopped me from mixing and possibly wasting my resources. Idk I'm blabbering.
I'd do something like this but one bag per 100 gallons and I would mix it with ffof at the bottom of pot

Awesome im doing 20 gallons of ffof and its 50/50 ish mixed with coco so I wasn't sure how ice to use with that mix. Once I transplant to a 5 it'll be all ff from there

Take one more hit bro.
Whats the problem?
1400 cfm exhaust is enough negative pressure to... suck pilot lights out on you water heater and furnace.. as well as to suck back the carbon monoxide from both out of the chimney into your house. It will also suck moisture from outside your house in through any cracks by windows etc...
you have no clue do you?
Ask any hvac guy... and theyll tell you even a 600cfm stove fan needs make up air.

So what are you doing to make up the air to even out the pressure?

I used to exhast 1100 cfm in the same size space with 2x 1000w and i had to use a 400cfm fan to pump air into the space just to even it out a bit so water heater pilot light would stay lit, which was on the opposite side of the baement

It's in a room in my basement that's 30'x40' so there's plenty of air exchange.
Okay. Obviously you have no clue and so
You're missing the point. Exhausting 1400cfm will create negative pressure through the ENTIRE house, not just the basement, unless you are leaving windows or doors wide open somewhere. If youre not making up the air from somewhere youre going to do serious damage to your house over time.

But dont take my word for it. Talk to an hvac guy. He'll 'splain you.

Who the fuck are you?

But thanks to you now i have answer to my first question for the other guy, which was how he was making up his air....
But then that begs the question... where is he exhausting then? Back into the basement, which would just heat up the basment and he would be circulating hotter and hotter air, which would cause his 8x4 grow room to heat way way up...

So i have to ask you, what the fuck do you know?

He's probably not running them at full speed. I almost went with 8" fans because they would move more air at a lower speed while also being quieter. An 8" at 20% speed would be a hell of a lot quieter than a 6" at 50%

Listen jackass, I don't need you or an HVAC guy to explain a 7th grade concept of air exchange.
But maybe I'm wrong seeing as how I'm obviously sitting in a house with 1440cfm of negative pressure so I must be suffering from O2 deficiency, but things sure do seem to work just fine.

Damn, I forgot about the 6" 440cfm on the veg tent.
Nothing says home like the vacuum of Space...
:wall:

Why not hit up @Renfro and ask how much negative pressure his basement has...

Edit....yes, I do vent outside btw...and its pretty obvious that you sir are are in fact the one who doesn't understand considering you're having a "theoretical disagreement" about something not working with someone who is actually running the setup.

Who is the jackass?
My first question you answered like an asshole.
But i was still kind enough to offer some advice from experience...
The negative pressure will fuck up your house if you dont even it out. Fact. Google what neg pressure can do. Ignore or not.
Btw... i know renfro too
