Brisket good. Do you like the point or the flat cut?

The point was better. It was dry brined/seasoned for two extra days though. She used a ninja woodfire for about 6hrs. She had three probes going - like an ekg on a brisket. I just cut it and eat it.

Went to a BBQ at a friends house and he opened up the grill to light it. No problems there, it fired right up. He closed the lid and a flaming rat came flying out of it and ran into the cleanout for his fire place. I almost wet myself watching the ensuing calamity.

3 egg omelet with ham, baby portabella shrooms, green onion, pepper jack and sharp cheddar cheese with sourdough toast. That ought to last me a bit...

ALDI chicken FTW. Always hit and miss at local grocery/ walmart. Usually on sale cause it sucks. Not aldi, clean, fresh, juicy. $1.20lb. 400f 40 mins, flip half way. minced garlic, dry rub.

We don't have a Aldi's here but just found out they are coming to town!
Never been to one but am looking forward to it.

These ravioli are shelf stable and two bucks a pack. 1.50$ serving w/ jar red sauce, wild asparagus.
Eggs over easy bacon fat spiked olive oil hashbrows.

Never been to one but am looking forward to it.

Yeah they definitely have some different choices than regular stopnshop or a price rite. Find some good deals and some good food and snacks for sure.

Can't beat that iron skillet. The flavor it imparts is amazing. I'm sure you know not to use soap when cleaning up (I've seen people, mostly younger,
F them up with there Dawn dish soap). Yours looks like a damn good one...well seasoned.
