New and Improved TnT Foodie thread

Right now I don't have a "grill", just a Traeger smoker, don't get me wrong, I LOVE the smoker.
Smokers don't do a steak justice....No searing or flame.

My freezer is empty of smoked meats of months past and, well.... I'm ready for spring.

Lastly the cold goes up my skirt! lol
 
I like the Ice tray with another tray in it method. Gonna try this weekend.

Now to shop for some Gruyere, Cheddar and Gouda. I have Cherry pellets and Hickory too.

Yeah that'll work. Just keep it cool. Good to pat it dry with a paper towel every once in a while too.
