Also grew myself some herbs in the tent while the plants vegged. Took 20 days from sprout
La vong recipe: Cod, plain flower, turmeric, pepper, fish sauce, lime, peanuts (I used pine nuts/ cashews as didn’t have any) red chilli (I used pepper as the wife can’t stand heat in pregnancy) Dill, coriander, spring onions and mint. Potato/onion salt for fish cakes and a little poching broth to bind them
