Nice. I don't know if I still have a bread machine. We did but I haven't seen it in years. Might have gotten rid of it when I got the kitchen-aid. And lately I've been hand mixing my bread.

I can't remember who it was that had posted about maple cookies but thank you. I went into our closest decent sized city today with my wife so she could go to World Market and since she had heard me talking about how good they looked she grabbed a pack for me. I'll bet this box doesn't live to see the sunrise .

Also grabbed a 5 dollar charger for my little vape pen battery so I can use all my carts again. That will contribute to the untimely demise of the poor maple cookies I'm sure.

My wife has Ribeyes cooking in the pan right now and the whole house smells like........ Victory lol.

This unit in the movie is First Cavalry air mobile and attack aviation. The First Cav was my last duty station and I have the Stetson hat like he's wearing as it's still a custom today.

We've brought a grill to the middle of nowhere and do laps on our skis and boards while the coals heat up. Haven't done as much the last few years. But it was very often during the seasons before covid. Everyone would bring something awesome.......meat, cheese, meat, edibles, sausage, awesome bread, meat.....A big freakin party done right
