Just gonna throw this out there…

Both Minors and Johnnys are mainly flavored with soy or vegetable protein.

As a matter of fact, if it wasn’t for the Worcestershire sauce in the Johnnys, it would be vegan.

In the restaurant, if we had to take shortcuts with stocks, we usually used this… and while it still contains vegetable protein, at least the first ingredient is actual roasted beef and concentrated beef stock.

We've always got that too. How concentrated do you use it for au jus?

PS Igoogled it... Bologna sausage, also called baloney and known in South African English as polony, is a sausage derived from mortadella, a similar-looking, finely ground pork sausage containing cubes of pork fat, originally from the Italian city of Bologna.
