What's up guys here's a few pictures of my set-up here's the info, what do you think?

Strain: Freezeland/M39 hybrid Autoflower feminized

Seedling left side :1 week old in a 3gal smart pot DSC00603.JPG

Seedling right side : 2 week old in a 7gal smart pot DSC00604.JPG

DSC00600.JPG
Light: viparspectra 450w reflector series
Grow area: 2'x3'x5' tent
Vented with co2 carbon filter
No nutes still feeding from soil for 8-12 week
Generally between 23c-28c and 60-75%

Let me know what you think and what improvement you would bring!

Thanks and happy holidays!!!

Happy holidays to you! The plants look very healthy.

My constructive criticism:
"Vented with co2 carbon filter" - what does that mean? No such thing as a co2 carbon filter, unless you mean you are running co2 and a carbon filter? Filters do not add co2.

It is generally considered better to grow seedlings in smaller pots for a while. The reason being the big pots hold a lot of water and take a long time to dry out. In a smaller pot, the soil dries quicker, the roots can get oxygen quicker, the roots have less chance of drowning in the saturated soil, and as the soil gets dryer, the roots grow out searching for water. The downside is you have to water small pots more frequently and you have to transplant several times which seems potentially harmful for the plants, but it goes easy and the plants are happier after the move. I use perlite at a 2:1 soil to perlite ratio to speed up drainage and soil drying time, to keep the soil from being water logged for extended periods of time.

Once the plants get growing, I doubt the soil will provide all the nutes they can use for 8-12 weeks. And those are auto flowering plants, so they will be harvested around the 12 week range. Look into some quality nutrients and start adding around week 3 or 4 I would guess.

The Viparspectra light is of questionable quality and efficiency, but cheap LEDs can grow very nice plants.

How many plants are you planning to grow in the 2x3 area? You may want to consider a scrog if you grow normal photo period plants and not auto flowering next grow.

Hey there! Thanks for replying brotha!

When I say vented with co2 with carbon filter means that I have a good air flow circulation with added co2 (bottle with sugar yeast etc..) and I have a 4inch carbon filter tied to a duct fan (for flowering) to take the smell out.

I just transplanted these 2 plant for this tent so only 2 plant growing in this 2x3 space.so I transfer them yesterday into these smart pots and it's their final transplant. I found that less transplant less problem. As for watering I water gradually and evenly around the plant.

The soil is a promix with manure wormcast perlite cocofiber mycorrhizae plus added perlite to help a bit. I don't have much place to mix my own mix.

As for nutrients a do have general organic box which I think will need some around week 6. As for Autoflower I only grow these strain I love them for what I need!

Alrighty then have a wonderful Christmas guys.

Adding co2 won’t help you if your venting it all out. Co2 should be ran in a sealed room or have your exhaust fan on a timer.

I only vent out when it starts flowering which I stop the co2 cause actually I don't really need cause I never go up than 80F/26C. Just co2 it's just to help the plants at the beginning
