Feed or fresh water should always be between 5.8-6.2 PH.
Here's a pic of some bleaching that occurred under HPS. It's not common that this happens under white light but some strains are more sensitive to high intensity light more so then others. A complete, full spectrum, like Amares assist in preventing this.
It's most common in Burple lighting or incomplete spectrums set close.

My new favorite strain: GoGi
Grown under 1000w HPS & switched to MH daylight Blue last week. Really popped the purples.
It's conclusive now though. They hit a second growth spurt & put out more when staying w/ the regular red HPS.
So, more bud development under HPS & more color under the MH finishing tactics. I ran this test several times on many strains & now I call this conclusive for me.
Loving the GoGi in the garden over the GG#4. Stronger sturdy branches, higher yields I suspect, less susceptible to mites & disease.
All I gotta do now is smoke it to be sure it will be one of my new favorites.

Thnx bud! Yeah, I top n tie. These haven't been tied though, just topped n pinched several times.
Things have been hectic so they were all transplanted at differant times & are differant at stages of development & age. There's like 11 strains out of these 12 plants. Freakin nightmare to flower but I'm still in the process of flowering out like 23-26 strains to determine which ones I'll be keeping. It's nutz really.
I don't recommend doing this unless you're a highly experienced grower. Thought I'd be alright but it has really been a major learning process for me. Rude of waking get type thing! Ha!
Either way, it's fun & a chance to step up my grow game, that's for sure.

Ok! I can tell you I really enjoyed growing Sensi-Star & Original Blueberry last year. They were my 2 primary strains. Very resilient, high yielding, great taste & smell. Very distinctive & unique qualities to them both.
I have a Sensi-Star in this led garden now, growing under the SE-450.
One thing I can say for sure about growing w/ good LEDs is that the quality appears to be better then my HPS bud. Way more resin n trichs.

Not sure what you mean? All I know is GoGi. It's Snow Lotus X Nepali OG. 80%Sativa, 20%Indica. Straight Off the meat rack bomb diggi!

Yup! OBB from DJ Short. I like his strains allot. Always mixed w/ Purple Thia. The Flo plants in the LED garden currently is from DJ Short too.

Oh, nice! Yeah, at first I thought it would be a weak flowering strain & did not clone it. But you can't always really tell just by veg. Plus, the reason I didn't think it was gonna be to good while in veg was I happened to top it when it was to short. Wasn't ready for topping yet. So all the lower branches got big but the main stalk stayed real short, making for a funny looking unmanageable veg plant. But once it got under the scrog trellis n grew in, it turned out to be great. Huge buds n colas. Bright ass green too. Recently grabbed a new rooted cut off my boy so to keep it going. Pretty sure it made the cut & I will continue to grow it a few more times. The only draw back so far is that it doesn't have quite as pungent of a smell as some of the others. I cut the other one down last week & it's dry now. But then again it's not fully cured yet. Good smoke though. Racy high like sat at first then the Indica kicks in later. Pretty strong stuff though. Good plant.
