Well, turns out I'm super happy w/ my led grow. Wicked frosted, dense, decent sized buds. All exotics too! The purples are coming in on a few real nice, real nice! Was comparing the buds to my HPS room n I'll tell ya, way more resin n trichs.
The leaves on the led plants are doing there thing but all alive to do so. The HPS rooms leaves are dying off n crisping up much faster. I doubt the led plants will ever look that cooked. Must be the heat generated on the canopy. The outside/canopy temp. was getting up there in the HPS room even know the room was still cool enough w/ the mini-split. Oh, loving that thing. Can't believe I ever grew w/o one in there.
A little behind schedule I am. The Flo looks done & I haven't started flush yet. Oops. Gotta check the trichs tom. Didn't even know it was a 45-53 dayer. Got so many exotic strains going my heads spinning.
Transplanted the last 3 in the veg tonight for a total of 12 in 3's under the HH. they fit nice & are veggging away! That thing is a killer veg light! Almost worth the 800 to me in the veg room. But not worth shit in flower.
I'm guessing the led room @ around 5lbs. using only 2075w now. First 5 weeks was only using 1735 but 535 was the HH, which only slowed its 2 plants down entirely. They never kicked into gear.
Love my Amares. Big Up to Victor at Amare Technologies for getting these Pro-4's to me just in time to salvage my yields. W/O weigh in yet, I can say, I'm a happy camper!
Never seen anything as bright as those hard 3590's & new Xp-G3's combo before. Bright, tight n perfect! I'll never understand why people grow w/ just Cobs when they could have the Amares! For real! I switch those monos on n it's a whole nother ball game. My plants n I are Loving em!
Pretty sure I'll be cranking in a fat GPW this run even know they're mostly exotics instead of the donkey dick commercial plants I'm used to, well I do both but I shoot for the best quality out of whatever I grow. My patients are gonna go bananas for this though! Pics soon! Been real busy as you can imagine if you've been following along.

i grow with just cobs because i spent alot on shitty over hyped early gen led lights that were way worse then the hh.i am ordering 16 more cxbs and building 4 more 200 watt dimmable passive cooled lights for under 1300.that is running them more efficiently then at 75 watts or a hundred watts per cob but i could do it for the same price and have 4 4oo watt lights instead but want efficiency

I'm just glad to have them both. I'll be opening up the Cloak next run to 2' bays & putting some BigSmo Inc. Cobs above. Probably 4K.
Can't really make a comparison this time. It's mostly new strains & the Cloak & Amare do not share the same 2. Also, didn't get the Pro-4's till around week 5 I think.
I'm real happy w/ both though.
