No, the guy was throwing around bull shit and everyone knows it. People would believe the bullshit posting if he said, to do 2 pounds easily with 600 watts you veg like this, you hang your fixtures like this, the strain really matters when doing these numbers. None of that was said. There is a lot of people on this site that have been growing indoors for tons of years. Can see bull shit posting in seconds. And the post in question was bull shit posting. 2 #'s from the Cloak w/o trying. No special veg or high yielding strains. No magical nutes (I use the cheap shit).
Also, there's a guy called Tommy Trichlone on GC that pulls 2#'s out of his Cloak every grow. And the owner sends me results & pics. From commercial growers who pull 2 every grow. It's absolutely normal with this particular light.
I'm not an advertiser, just a grower Shari g real results.

Sure, someone somewhere pulled 1.5 off there cobs. But it's not the average.
I am speaking of it truly being the average for the Cloak. Which makes perfect sense. It's a vertical lighting system, utilizing 3-4x more of the plants.
I don't know why they're not just honest & say 1 GPW is the average for cob lights. There's nothing wrong with that. It because they always have to one-up everyone w/ BS claims. God forbid a light that costs 3-4x more w/ a totally different design yields more.
