Obamacare is the biggest farce ever forced on the populace by the American government. It's a highly taxed government imposed health system solely designed to put dollars in the governments pocket and raise premiums for old people. It helps no one, no matter the class of person it is imposed on. Just another step closer to commie America..

tell us more about how paying money to private companies puts dollars in government pockets. as i understand it, private insurance companies are not the government.

and how do you account for all the people that it has helped?

It is a highly taxed system. It even says this on the Obama care web site fact sheet . You either enroll or pay the penalty to the government. It makes everyone's healthcare comparable. Now, someone that works at say McDonalds will have comparable coverage to say, a rail worker who spends most of his time working and being exposed to hazards and long hours at work. Most any of his health issues will be work related while he loses benefits because he has to pick up the slack for the guy at McDonalds or that is unemployed that can't afford it to begin with. Meanwhile it also raises the out of pocket expense for those it is forced on. It is good only in that it can not discriminate against a pre-existing condition like previous health care. On the whole, it was designed to lower government health spending while being taxed and giving government complete control over health care.

Be honest....you pick the green clovers out of the lucky charms huh?

That says less are in favor than they were in the beginning, and more find it unfavorable than in the beginning.

so government gained complete control of health care by mandating that you buy it from a private, for profit insurer?

that's a cool theory.

now why should two different people not have access to the same health care services?

payback for all that spamming that you did is quite the bitch, now isn't it?

how does it feel knowing that i am spamming FACTS, rather than moronic republican hysteria?
I think the distinction is in your own bias. Very little fact, a lot of spin in your round of comebacks. But they fit your worldview, so you're less hostile to the validity.
not really, they're probably getting a better deal.

that's what we end up finding out in every single one of those obamacare horror stories once they are fact checked. every single time the person ends up getting a better deal than what they had before.
Who are you to decide what a better deal for someone else is? The plain fact is that Obama pledged folks could keep their plan, then they couldn't. Glad folks like you can come along and point out that the couple (who might be in their mid-50's) are off that garbage plan and now have contraceptive coverage.
now if only it weren't the case that every single republican horror story ad that gets fact checked is debunked for the lying garbage that it is.
I've not see one. And there you go again, throwing that word around, but not even backing it up with a thing. You like to debunk stuff with hardly relevant material, but here you offer nothing. I've not seen anything debunked. Not a huge issue for me, so I've not sought it out, but as you often say, citation needed?

Not coming from a stance saying the information you say is out there doednt exist, I don't know, but would it would be helpful to show the debunking that you mention. Your debunking is usually garbage, so I'm eager to see what you have here.

The only word you left out was demonstrable, but you should still demonstrate it.

For the first time since ABC News and Washington Post started polling on public support for Obamacare, the law has more support than opposition. According to their newest survey, conducted nationally from March 26-30 among American adults with a margin of error of ±3.5 points, 49 percent of the country supports Obamacare and 48 percent opposes it.

it's a fact. most americans want to keep or improve obamacare. a small minority wants to repeal it partially or completely.

Who are you to decide what a better deal for someone else is?
i am a person who can decide what is a better deal on the basis of cost and benefits.

you, on the other hand, are not.

here is where you walk me through the cost/benefit analysis of how you stole from your parents to feed your heroin addiction.

The plain fact is that Obama pledged folks could keep their plan, then they couldn't.
that's only about 4-5% true. for the overwhelming and vast majority of people, his pledge was true.

Glad folks like you can come along and point out that the couple (who might be in their mid-50's) are off that garbage plan and now have contraceptive coverage.
not to mention all the other coverage they needed but were weren't getting from their junk plan. they probably didn't even know how shitty their plan really was and how little it covered.

You and I can look at a girl in a relationship where the dude hits her, cheats on her and treats her like crap.

Government could pass a law saying that they are forced to break up, and we could all agree that she is better off.

But the fact is, some women like a relationship where the dude hits her and treats her like crap, who are you to come in and remove this persons freedom of choice?

By every metric, the new plans might be better for the person, I'll agree that's a likelihood. But removing their ability to chose is almost evil, it sure is tyrannical.

Lol, "that's only 4-5% true?" You mean he lied to one in twenty Americans. That is a very dishonest way to say that. Well no, he lied to ALL Americans, and only one in twenty were affected, so far. In the next couple years were going to see companies dropping their provided health care in favor of letting employees get their own through the exchanges.

He lied to all Americans, and knew it was a lie when he said it, not a 4% lie, a 100% lie.

The link you provided showed a lot of stories where people who were going through cancer, had their insurance that was covering it, removed, then the folks had to go through the hassle and worry at that time to get another plan to cover it. And are anywhere from slightly benefited, to barely negatively affected.

Yes. We made cancer patients freak out, what a great outcome!

I honestly do not know one American that is in favor of Obamacare. I think your 'facts' are not accurate. You can go to the Obamacare web site and look at the tax hikes.

@OP.

Hey Dum Dum, improved is the key word. Just like if what we had before PPACA was improved, people would want to keep it. What you fail to realize is even liberal sites like Politifact rated Obama's, "If you like your insurance, you can keep you insurance," was a lie. I didn't even get to keep my old insurance.

Back in November when I had to reenroll, it was a new policy with the new PPACA changes, along with a 58% increase.

Obama and all politicians are assholes. How can they make us do shit when they aren't affected?

If I ever met Obama, this is what I would tell him along with any politician.

Are you jelly because they're actually happy, and you're a miserable failure who makes threads complaining about minimum wage? I bet they're all against a minimum wage. What's the point of your way, if it's always about negativity?
Yeah I guess you're right, nobody should ever complain or make any kind of fuss about any injustices that take place..

Because someone doesn't think your worth is $X isn't an injustice! :dunce:

It means you need to better yourself. If I did like you, I'd be on the streets with a misspelled sign begging.

Those rednecks are happier and more productive members to society than you are. How sad.
