Molasses on FFoF - how early is ok

I will be growing on FFoF and want to feed molasses to my myco. How early can I use molasses? Anybody with experience of this? I'm worried that adding molasses from the first watering will burn the plant in this sensible stage because FFoF is already hot.

mix 30% perlite will prevent any burn mix in more if you intend to add nutes or Molasses later

you need the molasses as you will find

good luck

I already have the perlite ready to add in, nutes after a month or so. But I still don’t know how early is it ok to add molasses to ffof. Will it burn if I add from the beginning?

Started adding mine in week 2 or 3 of veg, growing in happy frog...if your soil has microbes in it, you can start using it whenever you want. *Edit - some just wait until flowering to use it as well.

I think you need to ask yourself why you need to add this shit in the first place FFOF has everything you need

in fact way too much as you will find and can be used for many grows with little addition

adding that Mollasses means you will need to throw out the soils at the end of the grow ./..?

cheers

Yeah it’s to feed the microbes. I will add at half dose from the get go and see what happens.

you only need a little molasses too, don't listen to all the old threads saying 1 Tablespoon per gallon. 1/2 teaspoon per gallon works better, 1 teaspoon if you're making tea.

Yeah I read a research paper saying that the plant can also absorb the molasses but on very small quantities which is enough for many benefits
