look everyone has asked a stupid question at least a fiew times when starting out, i know i asked many!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its entirely up2 him if he wants to read the faqs or not, cut him some slack, this is a posting forum for questions and answers, some will be stupid and pointless others will be very interestring, accurate and helpfull, like ive said before if u dont like what some1 has asked then dont answer it and move on, im quite happy to try and hep any1 that wants my help.

some people dont like fishing but still like eating fish, thaught of it that way m8.
It would take less than a half hour of reading the growfaq to know 100% that you absolutely cannot use that light and that miracle grow is absolute crap for weed.
If you can't take that baby step yourself, you aren't cut out for this game. I'm not a know-it-all, and i'm perfectly willing to help people out that really need help. I'm not willing to help anyone that's not willing to try to help themselves.
There's such a wealth of easy to obtain information here and no need to ask questons like this. This is the same kind of person that comes on and asks if he can do sea of green with a case of cut in half beer cans, a bag of cheap dirt from wal mart, and a couple 1000w halogen lights.
To answer the OP's question, your minimum yield is the same with your max yeild on that setup, which is nothing. You're going to have a couple of dead ass plants and possibly burn your house down.
you are rude and misinformed. you need to learn more before you pop off. i should just ban you. give you some of your own "tough love".

I just skimmed this whole thread, and would've felt like I wasted 5 minutes of my life if I didn't post something. There are so many threads on here that go unanswered, and this one gets 90ish replies so far (guilty); most of which are drivel and unhelpful to the OP. Why some of you will take the time to flame, demean, and degrade this guy, but not help the countless others with zero responses is beyond me. I guess it's just more fun. To the OP: The light you speak of will not likely work to get the results you desire. IMO, you shouldn't waste your time doing something that could potentially get you in trouble if you don't plan on doing it quasi properly. It's your first grow, if dollars are tight; get the CFLs. If you want to do it really right, get the biggest HPS bulb you and both afford and keep cool.
If you visit the grow journal section of this site, it would be quite easy to find an example to use as a cookbook/recipe for your situation. If you are going to use CFLs, check out that forum. Read, read, and read. I'm certain if you do these things, you will up and growing in no time at all. I wouldn't expect too many of your questions to get answers if they have been asked and answered numerous times before.
