@WeedSexWeightsShakes yeah btc will go way past 20k when they fix the tx rate/scaling problemo... its just not ready right now... i say 3 - 5 years. miner centralisation is the biggest issue at the mo.

At the moment each time a block is mined the reward is 12.5 BTC going to that miner. When the Halving happens that reward will be cut in half to 6.25 BTC.
