I use promix bxm 1:1 with ffof, add 1/3 or a 1/4 of the container volume with equal amounts of ewc, supersoil (hot compost), and a small amount of biochar, amend with roots uprising and (grow or bloom) depending on what the plant is doing (veg or flower) as well as the element and either bat or seabird guano. Small cover crop on the surface of the soil (nitrogen fixers and mulch material). Water with plain tap, no ph adjusting, apply microbial tea to soil and as foliar once a week for veg, same for flower but no foliars after week 2. This is some skywalker ogk from my last cycle (cut down 6 days ago, still hanging for one more day) chunky, frosty, stony as hell... nothing but water and tea and a few supplimental calmag feedings (roots organics liquid calmag because i ran out of dry element and couldnt get any ordered from roots until recently)...
