What happens to a persons homepage when they get banned,cause I just looked at hers and its intact and it said "last login" 12/11 ?

You can still log in when you're banned. But that's all that you can do. If she logged in yesterday then either she was trying to see if the ban was lifted or she had to log out of the banned account so she could log into her new account.
