Liquid culture to pf tek ?

I have a question for all my mushroom growing friends. Is there any advantage to inncoulating a liquid culture jar with a spore syringe, and then knocking up pf cakes with the liquid culture once the mycelium completely colonizes it? I got 3 spore syringes on the way . . . I got a pressure cooker, same half pint Kerr wide mouth jars recommended in Roger RABBIT'S Let's Grow Mushrooms video, and I am about to get some Vermiculite and brown rice flour. I am just not sure if I should knock up the pf cakes with the spore syringes because I have heard that chances of contamination are high? I discovered that I can buy a liquid culture jar from Out-grow.com. (http://out-grow.com/culture-media-isolation-tools-c-10/liquid-culture-jar-p-363.html.)
Thanks in advance to any cool kats who take the time to help a newbie out .

It is illegal to have liquid culture of psilocybin bearing mushrooms in the United states.
I just saw you answer someones question in another post about how long it takes spores to germinate. I noticed you never went out of your way to inform him psilocybin bearing mushrooms are illegal . . . . Just thought I would point that out. . . I would hate for someone to miss your public safety messages.

Considering that spores are legal federaly but illegal in some states and I suppose people know that the fruit is illegal most everywhere I was pointing out that the tissue of psilocybin mushrooms is as Illegal everywhere as the fruit.

I don't recall, was he talking specifically about cubensis spores?

Ah. I presumed the guy was somehow buying cubensis tissue online, not just the uninoculated liquid.
