light suggestion for 6 site rdwc

Hi folks ,

I put together this little rdwc from grow weed easy to veg for a few weeks before transferring. I have two 315cmhs( too strong to use even 1? in unsure) and 2 viparspectre r300s which have a bit more red for flower so I was hesitant to use over the seedlings for the next few weeks to transfer over to the 4 site rdwc.

I was told try t5, never having used a t5 im unsure what to look for if I go that route (strength wise what I would need)
any pros able to direct me in the right direction>? thanks for your time

I sit my seedlings on a table by a window for a few days. Then it's about 5.5 feet below a 315w CMH 4,100k


Will you be using all that light for flower? How big is your flower area?

I usually have one tent , a 5x5 gorilla. This is kind of a new venture for me ..I was thinking I could simply use a 315 for now and keep them low . For flower I just intended on using my to 315s Iswitch the bulbs to go from flower to bloom

I tried having the CMH lower, but it fucked up a couple of seedlings with stress, one recovered the other is the small plant in the above pic. So I raised the light to about 5.5ft, all seems to be well now.
In the flower tent I have a 3,000K CMH about 20 inches above the canopy, that's as close as I'm going to let it get, and things are going great there too.

If you want to buy these off me cheap you can have them? They're just sitting around because I built my own fixtures. These are older model cobs but are much better then a blurple.

Not trying to make money just trying to help. I have four and four would be perfect for your grow.

hey guys work your deal out, I am going to pass. I appreciate the offer but never buy used, i did when I was young and poor and learned the hard way its best to get things with a warranty in this field.. ..im going to assume this thread died from the hi-jacking
