Light spectrum and Kelvin

Ok....so I'm currently running 4 14w 2700k CFLs 1 23w 3500k CFL 1 30w 3700 bright white mounted overhead to a power strip with 3 Y connections. I also have 3 18" T8s 15w 3000k each mounted vertically but only 1 in use. My grow box is 36"x18"x18"

My question is in veg it should be around 6500 and then flower around 2700 is that the total amount of kelvin added up with all of the lights or am I misunderstanding this?
I get that it must have reds and blues from the spectrum

This is a rating given to each individual bulb. So you would want to use bulbs that are 6500k when in veg and then switch the bulbs to the 2700k rated ones for flower. Each bulb with be either 6500k or 2700k. You don't add them up.

Cheers!

all florescent bulbs except specialty bulbs us the same 3 phosphors. different color temperature are obtained by adjusting the red blue ratio.you want more light during flowering and adding 2700k to your 6500k veg bulbs works well

Thank you for clarifying that. I've been runnin 2700-3700 for 12 days now will this hurt her or will it just slow her growth? Also, should I just get a 6500 and swap it with one of the 2700s? Or do I need a strict lineup of 3-6 6500 CFLs? I only have one lady
