Libertarianism makes you stupid

No cracks in that system that will cause cruel unnecessary death. What countries can we look to that have disjointed utility systems like you propose? India 30 years ago, rampant waterborne disease and death.

This is king stupid.
I didn't propose that as the ONLY solution, did you assume I did?

If you make that water it's yours, OTHER water could be treated differently. If there is water no person made or "created" then a claim of ownership would be harder to justify. I don't advocate starving the serfs of all the
water that exists in it's natural state.

Stupidity and Fascist make libertarians.

If a few librarians were involved? They would have dissolved.

I want it all however I can get it.

You sound much closer to an anarchist, in the sense they use the word, than a libertarian. Free association and combination without coercion.
Yes. It's the coercion that needs to go.
If it doesn't need to go, what is the point of having a government which will "protect people from other people who might coerce them" ?

What really happens with a coercion based government as the "protector" is their actions effectively say "we will make sure hardly anybody uses coercion against you, except for us, we reserve the right to make arbitrary rules. steal from you and enslave you, but we'll stop others from doing it. You are, our bitch" .

The foregoing is absolutely and irrefutably true, which is why nobody that supports a coercion based government will ever address it.

Isn't any form of government or ruling body coercion based? So you kind of just have to be an anarchist opposed to any and all government to stay in a philosophical moral right.

I dont think it's a bad view, but doesn't (and cant) work in the real world. Libertarians seem like trying to smash some government and anarchy together...the real world results are silly nonsense that leads to bears eating people and the whole host of other shit we make fun of. Fuckin seasteading.

Just say your an anarchist and be done with it.

Self governance and the abilty to give or withhold your consent is the default status of a free person.

The corollary that goes with that, is you respect the right of other people to do the same.

There is nothing that prevents people from agreeing to other arrangements for a given project or set of standards as long as peaceful people do not have their consent removed.

As far as "it will never work". That is wrong, it's the only thing that will work, if consent is to be protected rather than violated.

being an anarchist isn't stupid enough...you have to throw that libertarian cherry on top of the sundae of stupidity to achieve perfect moronicness...."we want a political party that eats itself, embodies all the bad parts of fascism, and none of the good parts of fucking anything..."

His whole premise assumes that everyone will act like a libertarian instead of a warlord.
