Thanks dude! I agree...they are lookin good so far...can't wait for them to get rooted and take off! I got them moved into their hydrofarm buckets today, so that should help them get settled

They well fed and tucked into there warm bedding for the night will be checking them for life in maybe 36 hours i like long tap roots!!!!!HeheheheThanks dude! looking good i got burmese kush from feminized seed in soil. Im 5 weeks into flowering and they look awesome. Im running 3 plants and they are about 3.5-4feet tall. They strech alot in flowering. Also I had buds forming 10 days in. It looking great Lets grow Burmese together.

So, they are doing really well! I've named them "Alice" and "Bertha" Fresh water & nute change today...I'm using 1/2 of the strength recommended in the "keep it simple recirculating" chart for "mild growth".
Alice had her first day with the shelf.....Bertha will join her in 2 more days

I converted my Waterfarm system to a aeroponic DWC system by just removing the drip ring and running tubes from an air pump to an air stone in the bucket. When I did the drip, the light caused a lot of algae to grow on my hydroton. Just thought I would let you know to possibly avoid the algae problem. I would at least bury the drip ring under hydroton so there is no light on wet medium. Looks good!

They are loooking real nice and healthy, im going to live my BUKU fantasy thru you now as i have tossed all the beans i was germing in frustration with myself and im on a whole new level now but stay tuned im no quitter! just have to put the Kush Exstravaganza on hold until i reorder my beans...

Thanks man! Yea, I had the issue with algae for a bit...I tried covering the base of the plants...but that just left a bunch of salt buildup and such on the plastic covering which tended to fall off whenever I touched it or had to move the covers...it was kinda lame. Then, I figured out that if I just have a small fan blowing across the bottom of the plants the algae doesn't seem to grow..so thats what I do now and my algae problem has dissapeared.

Thanks dude...the things I use are "Small kitchen helper shelf" that I find for like $3.00 at my local hardware store. I have to bend the legs a bit and they snap right on to the top of the buckets and work great!

I am also in the same boat, where I just dont' have the room to grow plants to their proper size...that's why I use the little shelf and LST/SCROG ( a SCROGLST ? hehe ). This keeps them low profile ( under 3 feet ) and still gives me some good yield. It's a bit of work...but for a small garden like mine it's fine. For example, I'm currently looking at probably at least 3 oz. from my 1 Black Domina plant which is less than 3ft tall, including the Hydrofarm bucket ...check out the link in my sig for pics.

i def. hear ya on that one. i have been doing the same thing for a while because my tents are so short. i like what you did with the shelf on the top of the bucket because it gives you the ability to scrog and lst.
man 3oz from a black domina is pretty darn good. i think i got maybe 1oz off mine a couple months ago.
hey just wondering, how tall is the hydrofarm bucket?
