I've decided couple of changes on the model ....

Power Supply Connector
I've made my mind about it ...
Definately ..
I'm going to use the
Neutrik NC3 MPR-HD XLR connector .(Uploaded Model of it from OEM STEP file ) .

Why this connector ?
-compact /small sized ...
-16 A / 50 V DC max load ...
-Industrial grade toughness ...

Dust and water ingress sealing to IP65 rating is achieved by using HD cable connector (NC3FX-HD)...

-Sealing gasket for water tight panel mount ...
-And mounting does not need any extra holes or screws ...That's nice ....

And really a "hard nut"-of a connector- to crack ,there ....

Top Cover Material
Because of relatively small surface (200 x 200 mm ) ,in order to reduce some cost ,weight and possible vibration noises,from fan..
I've decided that
Liquid epoxy or Polyester Resin over Fiberglass cloth (even combined with top layers of Carbon Fiber),****
is best possible solution ....
Side "turbulators -funnelers -pressure accumulators " or just 25x25x3 angles ,stay as they are ,that is
made of Alum .
......
