Leaf damage? Dtw coco

I would always stick the probe of a digi temp controller into the middle of the cup of coco or an extra dummy rock wool or riot plug or whatever medium I was rooting all the cuttings in that's the same size. Use that one plug to control the heat mat and all the other plugs, knowing they be the same temp. Now I mostly AL though, so I'll probably be using LEDs or heat wires at some point too, and just hang the probe in its own layer next to the plant somewhere, so I know the rest are about the same.. Or wrap the inflated bags full of solution with the strips if I decide to continue using DWC or aero methods to hydro layer my clones, especially in the cold months.

You meant AL roots in water like a aerocloner? Thats crazy I think you posted a water AL site that had bubbling water in it thats got to be next level. Now with gnats undercontrol and possibly eradicated I might graft to follow plant counts. Unless I have my own place Im always subject to people noticing and trippin about it.

And the led strips are cobs too should be obvious but just saying. Yea thats a good idea to have the probe in a dummy puck idk what to call it lol.

Was excited to see the porto leche bounce back, stem is straightening already. It will live! Though planting this ultra was a pain! The panty snagged really bad so I gooped the line of snag should be good but bad for my semi ocd. Until I smoke and say screw it. Not really ocd. Have to be real careful putting the panty over it.

Wonder if I can put it on something like a sleeve to help with that. I guess would just need the right dimentions. Im part of the generation that dont know how to do shit.

It has a 6” diameter so I guess that. The fabric pot snags it everywhere and unless you take forever its gonna snag. Just found a 8”d bucket 7” high the fabric pot is 6x9”. Just cut out the bottom and sand it. Put panty over bottom fully on and have bottom of panty aligned/centered. Set pot inside and slide it up and off?

Its a process takes me like 30 mins a plant in a hurry. This would make it a lot easier. The fabric just snags snags and snags every time it touches the fabric pot. Its a irritating experience. Just one good snag can ruin it all and I done gouged it open in a whole line not even hearing seeing or feeling it.

Its a option idk if 14$ is worth it for two of them which is 4 sleeves. They have 7$ but idk if these are better with the snags otherwise Id love to save half the price. The goop was a good idea after all if using drippers it leaves gaps I wouldnt even leave unattended I goop it right away.

I dont want to tie it too tight from fresh planted clone and so it can expand a lot before it gets tight. Thats another thing I wonder if it can be too tight for plant or the drippers might not flow.

Ok just use a plastic bag upside down over it and tucked around the bottom real good. The panty goes on real easy and just slide out the bag and its fully set and even has enough slack to double layer the pot. I found the same fustrating snags might be a defect because it seemed to be there before I even stretched it.

Pretty full in here. Planted all clones will use the big one to AL and replace it with one of these already planted clones to keep AL. Wont have room for much just two strains really idk if I can have 3. AL not good for just one cut let alone 4 or 5 but thats a better number of cuts.

I can always use my original method in a emergancy but ya. The cuts need space to grow maybe im not using it the best way to save space. To do so maybe need to strap pots to them and let them veg on the branch.

Forgot to add Im just gonna perpetuate mildly loosely no strict schedule just fill spots as they pop up. Try to have a small plant ready for flip about 4-6 wks old. Waste no time but no need to have back up cuts from what I experienced it just grows too big and even if prune to a stub it will bounce back too big still.

At least this pheno but my porto leche should double in size too. Banana candy will triple like my watermelon. The kongs krush double in size. I think the PL will be the smallest from what I seen will see.

Not be bent on wasting time waiting to have all the planets in the solar system aligned to flip and harvest. Just keep pushin on and fill each slot with plants too small than too big is the goal.

So because I have a spot open due to needing to mother the plant again. That turned out to not be needed but then again I wouldnt have plants ready or will be too big if I didnt re mom the plant.

Thought I was gonna lose the pheno due to spraying copper and no rooted clones due to that. They all rooted just a week behind the usual. Kinda a good thing as ya I explained.

So I planted one clone to flower. 1 WU for new mom to rid the gnats 1 WU for the sudden new flower spot and 1 WU for my 3x3 so it can be big 6-7 wks.

Only thing is the drippers are half assed. Just a 1/4” tubing with splitter on the ends making 4 ports. With them just thrown in there like this its easy for it to be locked in to a faulty position. It takes a lot of root growth to puddle and water efficiently. I had these stakes that clip right into the tubing I should find those again so its at least locked into place.

Even locked into place its a bad drip meant for a cap. A halo would be better but none this size. Which makes the panty hose harder to fit over, maybe a paint strainer bag for a wide shallow pot.

I was sorta hoping these would just throw some water around enough to puddle and work through the root zone. I know the top wont be the best but it floods at some point in the dense root growth but idk about freshly planted clones.

I have them at 4x a day to accomedate the big mom that is old enough with especially smaller rootball all rooted up. The fan was drying out the pots last I checked, the 1L foraflex plastic pot and cap plant from seed 11wks old bone dry end of 12 hrs at 2x a day.

So yea idk just splashing them with water 4x a day and see runoff out the bottom looking good maybe its alright. The fabric pots I read once that they tend to have a water proof liner something like that, to wick water and make it run out the bottom. It wears off I think but one was complaining that chemicle to do this was killing their plant.

Idk but hoping the fabric and rush of water in a more taller narrow pot will do it. Aside from that I think its a splended idea I owe to FG experiment thread. One said panty hose and here we are. Since in basement cool temps make gnats cycle slower so will be a month before I can say if I saw a gnat. The flower room is when it goes crazy my guess partly due to warm temps.

Crazy crazy crazy only 10 weeks to flower and Im on week 3. No PM so this is looking good!

Basically I worry the drippers will get placed into just shooting water in one corner of the pot and leave half the upper opposing side dry in the pot. Thats what I mean. Especially freshly planted clones like I should be doing from the start anyway or this dont work. Maybe itll work as is idk.

I think the MH fce3000 is my next light with a box fan over each head. Bigger plants if this works. Remove driver and etc of course. Current setup in 2.5x5’s I cant comfortably grow large amounts or larger its tricky to setup canopy and see soo many dead spots. My 3x3 with fan overhead is easy and large just make it spread out and shallow. Make buds small diluted growth lst.

The fan is 20” the light is 24”x23” I think it will blow past it nicely.

This Tuesday will be 21 days into flower. About a wk since last updated. Lookin good. I hope its ok to just dim light when looking into tent its hard to see things like botritus and pm in early stages with shades. I dont want to harm my eyes though but damn idk how it could when fully dimmed its harder to see.

Im sure they mean even with it fully dimmed but damn.
