Tim Beck sure seemed to like the changes that cpu wanted for the act. Perfectly acceptable to open up the act and change the rules. His testimony starts at 2:11:00.
My rep talks and he was not on board with the republican version until it was changed. Again thanks for nothing.

Tim Beck is NOT Cpu and I was offended by his testimony. I don't think it helped.

I watched that video and imo, Dr Bob made some very good points to the committee.

You deny that cpu met with legislators to try and get the language of the bills changed? Seems like there are plenty of posts on the 3ma that say they did. The bills were changed and that enabled no votes to become yes votes from some democrats.

those bills weren't too damaging imo. Perhaps less drs can do certifications now and I'm not sure that's such a great thing. thankfully the registry hasn't yet been opened-up to more agencies, which was something that was originally on the bill. however, language was included regarding administering the database and it can be subcontracted out... that could become a security breach down the road.Even though its discriminatory the part about medicine being kept in the trunk is no problem, mines in there right now. that way I have my medicine in me at all times.

Perhaps you should start using yours then. Why don't you tell us all what CPU did? Lay it right out there since you seem to know everything about CPU. What did the bill look like to start with, what was debated and modified, and what was the end result. Who, specifically was involve. Who, specifically is even in CPU? What is their stake in all this?
Start with opening the registry to anyone with a badge based on name/dob or home address? Remember that one? Care to show where it was after CPU became involved? Show us your in depth, personal knowledge of what CPU did in this one case....
Again, clearly you have no clue who they are, what they do, what they did, or why. That really is just fine, they don't want credit, but don't make things up simply because you don't know Marty. And based on your accusations so far, you are completely clueless. Sorry you didn't like the way things turned out. You have to have medical records, you have to see a doctor, you have to keep you meds in a container. Deal with it. Interesting response, blame everything you don't like about new changes on cpu, but when challenged say it was really me you were talking about, then a little distraction from the peanut gallery about alleged alcohol abuse.
Don't even know how to logically respond to that, so I guess I won't. As far as Mal challenging anyone to a fight, yeah right. Beck isn't cpu, and if he challenged you to a fight, guess you ought to review how you deal with people as apparently you are driving grown men to resort to a grade school fist fight.
Anything to distract the fact you were called on the 'cpu antichrist' bs you spew. I am curious as to where you got the 'extra visits' from. That comes up from other uninformed folks here, despite the fact it isn't in the law, never was on the table, and isn't now, nor ever was, a requirement for a certification.
