hahaha every time I open the cabinet that sound is in my head, its like the briefcase in pulp fiction all golden light and gloriousness! Thank you I must admit at this point Im feeling quite smug about ol kandy girl but to be fair its a damn fine pheno and Im really not having to do much to make her be epic! She just wants WATER! lots and lots of WATER! still waiting for my mohan ram to crack open tho, expensive seed and no sign of a shoot. hmmmmm.

shes tall, I was worried because my cab is 1.2 metres by just over 1/2 metre so tight space for such a stretcher. I can't open my cab just yet but will measure her when I do.

dont go soil. theres a lot to be said for it but its a pain in the ass man, they get really picky and annoying in soil, waterfarms just seem to make the plant so happy! I think its just that it has to make no effort to take what it needs from the water and the roots (at first) are so flowy and happy.

Oh yeah, @ny YES I will take pics of the root ball at the end but it may be quite hasty ones cos its a strange smell that comes when you open up the res for the first time in 3 months!

Um yes I can try but what with all the scrog action its quite hard to see where they went! I topped just the central node this time rather than lots like i did on the critical. or was it the other way round? I am a bit hazy at the moment- just trying to hold it down in general, I will let you know... sorry!

next grow i will show properly what I do! i recomend topping- more budsites. top the central cola. but dont go too wild- lots of budsites does not necessarily mean lots more weed. good luck, wish i cd help more! i had a look yesterday and cant for the life of me figure out which are the 2 that came of the centre! im guessing its the biggest ones!

I'm interested in this. I just got a waterfarm and would like to see multiple plants in one setup. Where did you get the black waterfarm?

try greens horticulture. general hydroponics are the makers. had 2 autos in 1 farm but one of my 'feminized' autos turned out to be male. bit of a problem as I cant kill the male- if its roots die and rot then that cause a big problem. if it flowers also BIG problem. just had to chop it small and keep it on the brink of life. NOT very impressed with the nyc diesel X auto ak seeds from lowlife. I think perhaps its not a stable enough strain yet for the market. its a nice smoke but not worth the hassle Im thinking but its got 6 weeks left so i might as qwell get what I can.
Kandy on the other hand is beastly and amazing and I think she is a winner! she looks ridiculous today. shes not taking in any nutes at the moment- she is doing this off her own back. update + pics tomorrow, I'm off out to enjoy the sun some more!

Almost half way there! I did think its due in about 38 days from now but looking at how developed she is already it could be 30, hard to say at this point though.

she is showing small signs of a mag deficiency so when I topped her up today she got 2 litres mineral water 2 litres RO water and her ppm is at around 1200 so, happy with that, was gona do a res change today but she emptied the res herself the other day and I dont need to! she sure is a thirsty girl!

My AK-1 showed signs of underwatering this morning so had to water her again "this was the second time its happened" ima try to keep a closer eye on her now lol any way NICE NICE NICE I admire the color of the pics when u take them...surrounding color i mean...they are swelling nicely mine are in tht process now tho I may have slowed there metab a little yesterday due to haveing to shut down the light cause of heat outside with no AC inside...Cant wait till your harvest...u gunna have an awsome yield in my eyes...KEEP IT UP ALMOST THERE

Got some questions as a 1st time scrogger with single WF:
I'm growing Tangerine Dream, a Sativa Dom, that purportedly stretches 3x-plus when shifted into flower (untrained)....I have approx 49" of headroom above my screen to top of cab. max, minus depth of light fixture & hangers which leaves more like 39"
I need about 15" to 17" clearance from my light (600 watts), so that leaves me with 20" to 24" of real headroom.
Every grow I've followed on this strain shows multiple tall colas and a lot of "Out Of Control" comments about her stretch..
Any suggestions as to what % of my screen should be filled before the flip with a reported stretch like that?
My head says 75 to 80% fill before flip and, in truth, I really don't know.......
I topped her before transplanting to Waterfarm as well as super cropped when she took off...now at approx 40% fill of a 2-1/2' x 3-1/2' scrog screen.
Would definitely like to hear some "experienced" suggestions.
