As for what qualifies someone to be president, IMO they should be rational, in that they derive their beliefs through sound logic and reason, they should be intelligent, geopolitically and diplomatically savvy, and I think they should have an excellent understanding of economics, world history, law and philosophy

I think they need to be comfortable in front of a camera, decently good looking, able to speak with passion about subjects that require emotion and be an excellent closer.
The finance guy at a big car dealership qualifies.

He went up against Gore and Edwards and studies showed his face was more symmetrical than both and his folksy delivery was a huge plus by a lot of people. Voted the president people would most like to have a beer with at one time.

I believe that if you push yourself you can get out of a bad situation. White or Black. I believe there are programs that can help you get a leg up.
I managed to pull us up from rock bottom. Ben Carson managed it, my husbands dad is doing it... so on and so forth.
I'm white, my father in law is arab, and Ben Carson is black.

Yes.
Their pollution is similar to what America was putting out in the late 1800s early 1900s. Mostly coal smog. Their cities have very poor air quality and it causes death of their citizens.
They account for 25% of the air pollution of the world.
I believe they signed an agreement to cut their emissions by 2020. I don't remember how much they agreed to tho. Have to look it up.

Found it. China signed an agreement to cut their emissions by 60-65% by 2020 and will be modeling their energy use and sources after america.
At this point, I'd take a president who simply got Americans excited to wake up and try that day.
I think they call those leaders, not politicians.
