If he had stuck with criticizing Zionism and the nation-state of Israel I wouldn't have had an issue. The fact that he started in by making generalizations about Jewish people and criticizing Jewish people is what prompted the backlash. Usually after that, they just go and say, "you call anyone who criticizes Israel an antisemite", which is the more common stupid response. This guy actually doubled down and insisted on defending his bigoted statements against all Jews. By pointing out that Christians can also be Zionist (which is true), he only proves that his views are incoherent because he is admitting that Zionism is not synonymous with Judaism. I even went easy on the guy, gave him a pass, a chance to back out and say something like "yeah, sorry for the mistake, I meant Zionists, not Jews". He just hates Jewish people.In the end, AC made the correct claim. Luke is just another fucking antisemitic bigot and his issue is his hatred against Jews. To this I have no rational response because he isn't coming from a rational place.
There goes that negative correlation between bigotry and cognitive function again...
