Note the corresponding population decrease in California, and included in that are the businesses. They are fleeing like it's the plague. And as far a states go, CA tops all 50 in corporate taxes and has, for at least the past few years, IIRC, has been rated #1 of the most "business hostile" states...yet we're hurting in a big way to increase tax revenue.
not effectively.Japan recently lowered their corporate tax rates, we now fill the #1 spot in that regard.
This is called federalism, and it applies not only to tax law, but every other law as well. The medical marijuana movement is an exceptional argument for it, to the point I have been looking at other states to move to. The trick is finding one that does allow for MJ use as well as not punish those who earn above a certain amount of money. New Hampshire is a pretty good contender in that race, but the winters there can be brutal. I'm used to the heat, cold winters aren't really my thing.Willyßagseed;6083259 said:Another issue is the fact States have been "bidding" against one another for businesses to come to their state, promising tax credits, refunds ++++. Retarded states keep slitting their own throats as the refunds and credits almost always outweigh the taxes taken in by "new jobs" and business.
Yes. Initially it was. It's roots also go back before this administration, but many don't realize that. I made comment regarding that I once aligned myself with their tenets. It didn't take too long though for fascist mutherfukers to insidiously insert themselves into the movement and not so subtly become a driving force in the movement...for anyone that was paying attention of course. That was when I distanced myself from them. This actually only took a few months if I recollect.Willyßagseed;6083259 said:The reason the tea party were dismissed early was the fact it was a real "people" movement.
