Is this light okay?

Hello I am a new grower and am currently flowering a Pot Of Gold plant in a 2x4x5' grow tent with single 300w viparspectra v300 model led light I got on Amazon. I was just wondering if anyone can give me a rundown on if this light is going to do me any justice cause I'd like to get a second one for my next go around where I'll be doing a SOG style grow. But if this light is no good I'd rather just trash it and get something worthwhile. Thanks in advance for any input!

Hey guys I recently found a diy that involves 4 Bridgelux BXRC-35E10K0-L-23's 3500 spectrum wired to HLG-320H-C2100A or hlg-320h-c2100a. The rest of the design involves a simple active heatsink for each light. I'm just curious if you guys think this would be an okay option for a SOG perpetual style grow with 16-32 plants. Still in a 2x4x5 just in 1 litre pots with just enough veg to build a decent root system.
