Is a couple yellow leaves in lower middle normal?

Yes your three years here you have read a lot. But come to the next picnic and show your product. That’s how me and fdd, JJ, wheezer, and a few others met. I have nothing to prove you are new here as I see.

I'm noticing the same on my 7+ footers in 15 gallon pots. Pretty sure being rootbound is a part of it, but not enough are turning yellow to make me worried. Its natural defoliation lol

Mj uses a ton of magnesium. Just start giving them Epsom salt feedings and you will be fine. I use Epsom every 2 weeks. I use about a teaspoon per gallon of water.

P.s. glad to hear that you are organic
I will definitely be doing that! And yes I will always grow organic I always felt pesticides and synthetic nutes were disrespectful to the cannabis plant. I get sick feeling in my stomach when I see people spray that shit on their plants.

I’ve been doing this for years and they always start flowering in July . So not sure what you are saying I know my micro climate. Double JJ know who I am . I have eight foot plants flowering so still not sure what you think you see. May be discuss the strain with me cause I’m sure I have more than one of each plant.
It could be your strain. But I do believe ganja gurl might be correct they revegged. I almost made this mistake myself. I had the light schedule on for 18/6 and put them outside about june 5th which i was worried after cause it was before the longest day june 21st. Anyway they never flowered and never revegged. I hope it's not your case I would not be happy if that was my case.

Haha yeah thats what I figured! I thought about removing the leaf anyway to give it more air flow. But guess better just let it die and drop itself. But I also thought it might be vulerable to insects. So thats why asked about removing it.

I took off a bunch of healthy green leaves on the bottom 1/8 of my plant a couple of weeks ago, makes watering easier and it does help with bugs too from what i hear. Going to do another heavy defoliation just to allow more airflow and light to bud sites on week 1 flower and then let my plant grow without any stress from me until harvest. Flower is just starting so in a few days i'll start clearing up the middle of my plant, hoping that ups my chances for a clean harvest without mold this fall.

I like to do 1-2 heavy defoliations during its life and not touch the leaves any other time even if they're pretty yellow. If it doesn't pull off it's not ready. I used to cut off my leaves when they started to turn yellow years ago and from experience i can see that i lost a good bit of yield by stressing my plant + taking off the solar panels for its bud growth and overall health.
