Is 31 degree direct sunlight to hot for freshly planted seedlings?

I noticed the distance between them. Is it possible that you put two seeds in there by accident? Do you re-use soil? Especially soil that had a seed or two that failed to germinate in it? Both of those have happened to other growers on here, though I don't remember the threads that had the posts in them.
I have separated seedlings, and it's best to do it asap if you're going to. The longer you wait the more roots they put out, and the higher the risk of damaging them. Some guys wait a while to see how they're growing and then cull the weaker one (assuming there is a weaker one). It's not hard, you just have to be gentle. I got my gf to do it once, she had a lighter touch. Take a plug of soil around the seedling, pull it out and put it in a new pot, then fill the hole left over with some new soil. Easy.
You could also start a new thread asking for advice on how to do it, or search for threads about it.
I will corroborate this. I have indeed mistakenly popped 2.

What happened was I had planted a seed in a solo cup that didn't grow (no I don't use the paper towel method) and I had forgot about it.

The solo cup was filled with seedling starter from the previously failed germination. I just used that cup with the seedling mix in it already.

Yep both sprouted. It happens.

So little update today was the first full day in direct sunlight and all of them took it well it seems. The twins are confirmed twins and not mistakenly planted 2 seeds. I tried to removed one and put in own pot but when I dug down to the roots they are joined together at the base of the roots. There is only one set of roots the stem splits to two at the root. Is this normal.. but either way I think it's cool and I'll just leave it be.
New question doing the 24 hour veg half in sunlight night on the LEDs do any damage to the plant? It's day 2 of them sprouted here are pics to show.IMG_20201229_223750_1.jpgIMG_20201229_223758.jpg

Conjoined twins then. That's kind of cool. I've only seen a few of that type of twin. I've never seem what happens when you grow them out though. People seem to quit posting about them when they find out what they are.

Well I'll be sure to share the progress of these as I will need help on the way. (This is my first grow). When do I stop the 24 HR period ?
