Iran mistakenly shot down Ukraine jet - US media

The Tor missile system is a very sophisticated mobile launcher, like a tank with missiles on top and a radar system that can track many targets. Seems unlikely that they would target a plane that just left a major airport and was gaining altitude, they would know the size of the aircraft too. I'm sure they don't let goat herders operate something like that lol.

tRUmp said that it was out of the question that it was a mechanical problem, why would the moron say something like that?

Suicide mission perhaps or someone on that plane someone wanted dead.

Can you imagine how terrifying it must have been to board that plane knowing missiles were just shot in the air through your flight path. And a potential war was just starting.
And all you wanted to do was get the hell out of Iran.
Very sad.

Boeing 737 is still one of the safest airplanes in the sky. It's only the latest version (737MAX) has has major issues. Trillions of safe air miles logged will tell you the early versions are exceptionally safe airframes...As of 2006, there were an average of 1,250 Boeing 737s airborne at any given time, with two either departing or landing somewhere every five seconds.
let's definitely give them some more tax cuts.

Iran shot it down by mistake. A few hours after they shot those missiles, on heightened alert, probably thinking it was the US military going after launch sites.

They didn't know what to expect, were nervous as fuck and jumped the gun.

But it all traces back to Trump assassinating that general. No assassination, no passenger plane crash from a SAM missile.

Boeing still sucks, the general was a murdering prick, Trump is an asshole, the briefing to congress about the assassination didn't prove any real reason except to the neocon hawks who think we should bomb their oil fields and missle hits don't always instantly drop a plane depending on the impact area and whether they explode right.
