the bitter half is the one ya have to live with..lolYet you tell people to just grow with out a license and not worry about the consequences. That's mighty of you...
Rollitup is probably the worst place to find commercial/profesionnal grower... this subforum specially..
The only concerns I have about such a proposal is what the price of a lb is going to be by this time next year. What if it tanks like I think it will?
from everything Ive ever seen over the years...
price goes down when theres a lot around and the SHIT goes first for what ever you can get
being stuck with a perishable product is not something anyone wants to see happen.. price just goes down faster and making it into anything just gets more expensive when its shit!
You need to protect yourself,
Have a lawyer read the contracts,
Sounds like the O/O will be putting his neck on the line for a million plus .
Be no different if i dropped a mill on a welding shop, or buying into any other business.
which is why I push grow your own best cheap meds there be!Price is currently plummeting, people are looking to dump their product now before they are left holding the bag. Once the grey market product is gone I can see prices going back up. As there will be less supply at 1st.

2 for flower, one dedicated to veg/breeding/R&D....seems like a good setup from here.3 finger building seems weird, 4 seems like a better use of space.
I didn’t see any light dep in the greenhouses. Would be difficult to run perpetual without it.4 flower building .... veg , processing n drying in the middle .
Start each one in 2ish week intervals , then after 8-9 weeks you start cropping every 2 ish weeks
That's cool, check out this concept, fully indoor. This is a model I am leaning towards. Thoughts?

no no no never stopped us before..Yeah prices are down right now, seems 1300 is the basement price in Ontario on multipack. I expect a price hike near legalization. Supply demand. Health Canada already wants to bust “super grows” so that will help. If we get another med program revamp prices will climb too. Some people just refuse to understand we won access not to grow. When online and store front comes...bye bye grow permits. Watch the “noo nooo they can’t do that” Just like MMAR right?![]()
holy friggin expensive and what a job cleaning lolThat's cool, check out this concept, fully indoor.
