Rumour has it that ACMPR PPL and DG,, will be able to transfer starting material to micros not dried flower. Similar to the MMAR MMPR transfer. Dried flower was never allowed to be transferred, remember in the beginning when tweed bought wet chopped down plants from BC.?

Offer is for owner operators, we build it, you run it, we sell it. Pay back the loan and it’s 100% yours. We just want exclusive rights to sell your product to rec. once term of contract is over you can go your separate way, or we are hoping you will stick around.

What did you say the growers get per gram? Who guarantees that rate? They pay all the expense to operate the grow correct?
Who owns the property? Are you saying the grower is the mortgagee? What interest rate on that loan ? Payment terms?
A lot consider for a grower?

All great questions, still lots of work to get this project going.
- $3.57 per gram is what I’m shooting for wholesale.
-there’s no garentees in life
-overhead is covered until 1st harvest, then it’s your responsibility to pay bills.
-at end of payback period o/o would own it out right. Until then it’s held as security.
-depends if they own property to begin with, if so it would be held as collateral until payback.
-interest rate hasn’t been discussed, but a modest ROI would be there for investor, also depends on terms to be negotiated case by case. The investment isn’t the return on interest but to secure multiple growers to supply rec stores.
-payback would come from portion of Facilities profit, until loan is payed back. Then all profit is yours, once payback is complete a contract to supply your product exclusively for a set term 5 years???
Still a ton of work and questions need to be done. Just getting a feel and input on the project and viability. All input and opinions are welcome.

My projections are based on $1600lbs. Current BM is $750-$1300 for elbows in my hood. Gone are the days of $3200lbs. Only time will tell what the market will support after legalization. My numbers are based on current market for argumentiive purposes. Growers will be treated fairly, because I will be one of them.

I'm going to say anyone who depends on 50-100% of their income to be from weed and needs it for their lively hood, should be jumping on the legal bandwagon if you have the funds to do i while you can. Not saying you should or shouldn't jump in with itsmehigh as you should be doing your due diligence when investing. Its getting pretty nasty out there.

you say you will be ok selling what you have and retiring from that...from what I can remember..I wasnt talking about herb prices..Its not that way out here as of yet. Lots of growing being done illegally still and there always will be..
So why try and be part of a system That can fuck your sorry ass for trying to do it write..

As for the subject of this thread, who wouldn't want to go legal and do what they like and not have to look over their shoulder all the time?
