Yea .. No fair, that's a good shot though. I wish I could have alot outside like that.

My camera battery died that night.. and like 5 mins after it died the moon looked super red and gnarly like that, I should have waited to click more pics - they probably would have come out better.

your moon is more focused. mines to far away.

good morning. i got 6!!! woot, woot!!! gonna be a fine day.

i'll lay down in the afternoon to nap. i toss and turn. constantly rolling from my left to right side. i'll roll over and look at the clock and realize i slept for an hour without even knowing it. i don't remember falling asleep or even being asleep. i just rollover and an hour or 2 just gone. it's weird when it happens. i've often asked my wife if i was sleeping. she says "yeah, you were snoring hella loud".

It's a fucking curse I tell you.... I'm so damn tired and pissy, but I can't sleep, and I'll be up in 4 hours and still be tired and grouchy....

My self diagnosed insomnia is brought on by myself actually. I try to go to bed at night, but it takes me HOURS to actually get to sleep. My mind doesn't shut off/up. I think about everything, memories bad and good. Scenario's that might possibly happen. Or someone I love or hate dying. When I tell my mind to shut up, it doesn't listen. It just keeps going. I know it sounds really weird. But I will literally lay in bed for about 4 hours before I can actually sleep. It's terrible. I haven't slept well in.....years. I have nightmares, that are so bad, and I have become so used to them that some of them don't even scare me anymore.

that's how it is.

Marijuana helps me sleep so well though. Always does. Thankfully.

figured we could use are own thread. i have RLS. so they say. i think it might be nerve damage in my back. i've had a few brutal falls on the tail bone. now when i sit for more than a few minutes i get bad back pains. at night these pains travel from my lower back and shoot out throughout my body. then there's the itching and twitching. i'll be awaken, just as i slip into sleep, by the smallest most irritating itch on my earlobe. WTF? then i start to drift off again and my foot starts to hurt so i have to move it. then my eyebrow itches....... could be residuals from my meth days. they have put my on severals meds including clonipin. i prefer the pot. it has the least side effects and provides the most reliable relief for me. :peace:

i have the same issues. i'll lay down with a good book. i wear glasses but if i lay in bed and read without them it makes my eyes tired and my mind relax. i can read a whole book and think about something completely different though. i've read books and can't tell you the main character or the plot. my eyes read but my mind runs wild.:-|
