Bit tight there aren't user? Have you not noticed that most threads go off in another direction but then generally end up back where they started? Whenever there is I for regarding the injunction, I'm sure you'll,be able to find it here. There are a couple of people here that keep it updated.

well here is some "back to the thread-"If the appellants intend to challenge Justice Manson's Amended Order and Reasons for Order rendered on December 30, 2014, they have to proceed by way of a new appeal.

I'm sure it's being handled.
Can't believe it's come this far. Hope it continues and things are made right.
I wonder if something will come down the pipe fast and furious and slaughter patients rights weather they like it or not...

I doubt this will be settled before the election. The timing is right to launch 'Harper's attacking the sick' stories to hammer yet another nail into his coffin.

i hope they do something about moving gardens! there is no one covered unless they accept Beemish. they have to pass the hurdle of if their licenses are/will be valid & then their need for address change will be in effect...grrrr
