yes I understand quite well that the injunction covers us, however a prescription is valid for let's say a 12 month period.
if you are out of that time frame and you goto your pharmacy will they dispense? .... no, not until you get a current prescription.
Conroy even mentioned about a section 53 exemption to cover yourself.
Section 53 exemption was to cover the left outs. The MMAR doesn't exist any more- the injunction suspends everything...including the expiration date of the pink sheets.

Section 53 is BS. What doctors would even sign under that and why didn't Conroy just tell us about section 53 before the court cast but only after.

Look at all those "witnesses" for the Crown. 4 Health Canada officials, a US professor, a doc from Israel. an official from the Netherlands...why are half these people a "witness"? A US law professor, like really? I thought this was a Canadian case. I hope they get torn apart in court, so sick of Harper and Hellth Canaduh's bullshit.

I wonder what information can be found on these witnesses ....
It would be interesting to see if they are on facebook or twitter and see if they would respond to a couple of questions.

Its much much harder to get a doctor to sign it, i spoke to mine and showed him conroys site. My doc likes a informative patient. The hard part is, doctors know its exempts under the CDSA witch is a sticky situation. It also says it must be accepted by the minister of health but yet again in the NCR it says a doctor can prescribe ANY narcotic be it meth, weed, heroin whatever it might be.

I have a doc note for the CDSA Sec53 + my 3 years of expired pink sheets...im good i believe but i shut down due to being in a rental..you knew that tho :)

btw looks like @doingdishes is a mutual friend ours, trying to find a reason to make it out to mission bc to see you boys

Friend of mine almost had his original doc sign under section 53 until he went into the office and the doc didn't as they got further into talking about it. I spoke to a couple and basically got :crickets: Now for me I can understand if it might get the COP after them so didn't push it after that.

Yah met up with doingdishes and his wife on weekend at the shop. Let me know when maybe have a bbq :P

Agreed. At face value, having a Law Professor from a DIFFERENT country with a DIFFERENT judicial system, which varies from state to state seems moronic and grasping at straws on their behalf. As for the Israeli Dr. Being from a country at the front of medical cannabis research won't help his position in this instance. If anything it would make it seem he goes against conventional thinking towards medical cannabis in Israel, which in turn would open the door for having his opinions argued since a TON of medical research has come out of Israel.

FFS, Dr. Machoulam, who discovered THC in the late 60's still works there I believe, or did until a few years ago.. Good luck discrediting that large a body of work which spans decades. Keep in mind it's a country that allows vaping in certain hospitals and the use of medical cannabis in certain seniors homes. I think it was the Sanjay Gupta special that touched on this.

Yep, and too bad. There was some information in there...

"Peace Naturals had to recall a strain after Health Canada found inconsistencies in their testing model. A rare example of Health Canada actually doing its job, though PN made note that the same process HC had issues with this time they’ve been fine with earlier. Natch."

This is HC way to set the table for their next 'Lets fuck the LPs over move'. How long before all LP schwag is 'milled into a consistant, fine powder to ensure all patients get equal doses of irradicated, non-medicianal, over priced garbage'?

While in BC I visited 4 CC's and all were run by extemely nice, knowledgeable, professional, clean staff. I mean just look at the youth today. If you dont have a tattoo or piercing you look outta place. That look is the new norm. When I was a kid 1 in a hundred had that punk look.. now 1 in a hundred dont. Have you seen those big discs they put in their earlobes? Fuck I am getting old.
