Not by a long shot.
Phelan just passed it off to the next guy...next year...when it gets appealed.
The shit never changes but neither do MMAR patients under the court injunction.
yes if under the MMAR injunction nothing changes but also for now you can not change any thing on your pink slip amount or address

Is that not unconstitutional? To say I can not change the amount of medicine which i need?... I mean, people NEED to do this with every other medicine on a regular basis.
Very good point. I'd be more comfortable if he would have allowed these changes. Makes me nervous. Maybe he's thinking that there is no means to do this at the moment...hoping...

I'm going to swallow really hard and say that conroy dropped the ball on this one as well as anyone that let their pinks expire. Phelan did not sound amused....ugh...

So does this mean that Phealans' decision ends or continues the injunction and would an appeal by either side keep the injunction in place?

i take it to mean that the injunction is still in effect exactly the same as before, applying to the same people as before. upon his final decision, it seems like we can be heard again (probably to get time to wind our grow down after we lose).
I am starting to think I should join up with the goldstars.....

starting to think? it will only cost $2. i would suggest it.
the injunction stays as is...sadly. Phelan said there wasn't really anything new so Manson was right.
i keep saying it but he should have stayed at the Supreme level. he asked an equal judge to over rule...that doesn't bode well. if he stayed at the Supreme, there wouldn't be a problem over ruling the lower judge

they will not make any decisions before the election...

and then some.. im gonna say 3 more years of BS until ALL patients are all allowed to medicate in their own way.

Conroy mentioned 5 years on the video with Wilcox for new people...that's a drag! it's tough enough to convince them they messed up and cut a bunch of us out but then the Failin' Phelan say it was "carefully crafted"...so we were screwed on purpose!

Do goldstars and buy a stamp and fill this out http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/hc-ps/alt_formats/hecs-sesc/pdf/substancontrol/exemptions/scientific-eng.pdf as you want study marijuana scientifically using yourself as the only participant in the study. Everyone should do the same and flood them with applications. Fuckin goofs
