In the field of study question I filled in getting the biggest buzz I can muster.
They may not call.
I'm going to fill it in as much as possible. I am stuck at 5 grams a day under the mmpr (max allowed by college of physicians) and this seems to offer a solution to that issue. I doubt they will ever issue an exemption but that rejection letter will serve as a really good exhibit in future federal court proceedings. It shows you tried to do everything you can.

it's another stall..Conroy could have asked for immediate relief but didn't. we could have had an answer months ago....especially since a higher court already agreed that relief is needed but he applied at a lower court...for some reason.
the Crown replied to how Smith applies so Conroy asked for time to reply to the Crown so the get time and then it's the Crowns turn to reply to the new information and then it's back to the judge so we can wait.
i spoke to John Turmel who kind of outlined what is happening.

Conroy should have stayed in the higher court!

i guess the way to get address changed is either wait for Conroy or file the kit from Turmel's website
so much for 2 days ago he gave 10 days for us to get in a 5 page reply and 5 days for the Crown's 3 page reply. I don't get it
not happy right now.......

Important Formal Decision from Justice Phelan on the Injunction
From: Cannabis Rights Coalition Attorney John Conroy QC
Please post this Order as a new update ASAP July 15th,2015 as follows:
Regretfully Phelan J. dismissed our motion to vary the injunction and a copy of the Order can be reviewed at this link (see attachment).

I am and expect all of you will also be very disappointed in the ruling as he does not expressly address the ability to change production or other addresses due to unforeseen circumstances and does not set out fully what happened and I obviously failed to persuade him as to the facts and circumstances warranting an ability on the part of approved patients to make changes pending the final decision.

While this decision is probably subject to appeal, at present I believe the best course is to finish the submissions on the relevance and impact of Smith this month and await the courts final decision which will hopefully come soon in the fall.

Consequently :

YOU STILL CANNOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR MMAR LICENCES, INCLUDING CHANGING SITES OR ADDRESSES COVERED BY THE INJUNCTION UNLESS AND UNTIL FURTHER ORDER OF THE COURT.

I believe this is for the request to immediately change addresses. The existing injunction stands until phelan releases his decision.

Makes sense not to vary the injunction assuming he's making his ruling soon. Why waste more money. Just give us the final ruling already.
oh ok i see, i thought this was the final ruling, kinda feel better now, thx.
