You don't think that Bernie has a better chance than Hillary, though? I think if Hillary takes him as a running mate it's checkmate, landslide win for the dems, don't you? Not sure if she'd do it but that seems like a smart move to me.

The whole department is being investigated INCLUDING hillary.

You should listen to what the fbi and stat inspector general said and not clinton spokesmen.

Read the laws i cited and find it yourself. They are documents that download. .gov sites have them.

I did scan them. and went through synopsis of them. They are federal standards for records keeping. Employees are required to follow them. They are management tools, not criminal statutes. This report only covers every day e-mails and not government secret documents. The commission was specifically restrained from investigating them You are basically complaining about clerical violations. An employee might get reprimanded for egregious errors under the records keeping act but not sent to jail.

I know you want to believe something else but this is not going to lead to charges. Would you like to wager on this? How about if no charges come from this report within the next two months, you will leave this site or at least stop posting until after the election. If charges come from this report I will stop posting until after the election. The charges would have to reference the report.

This is a trick. The IG cant bring charges. The FBI report is the one that will recommend indictment listing violations of the law. Whether the justice department shitcans that depends on politics.
