Man bro I got like that too, bit I would take couple of week breaks, exercise like cardio karate kung fu style type shit, realy worked tho for real, another thing I was depressed alot bout stuff I could do different, staying occupied is a good start and kinda rearranging ur lifestyle for better will help.... Exercising is good bro... That's a real good start, another thing too is I started workin again.... StAyin doin something moving around n gettin $$$$ is alright.... I think still if u can chill be lazy but get paid u can do whatever you want n don't feel bad about it.... But it does feel better to take breaks froms

Cheers and thanks everyone for the support :) I had been doing a lot of exercise towards the start of the year but had a big slump in the last 4 month to a point when I was grazing like a cow and smoking weed like a steam train lol Comfort eating and weed smoking...at times it would make me even more depressed sitting back looking at my life realistically, and being young watching everyone else having fun and I think of myself as a "lazy stoner" (well, in my opinion I am lol)..

To anyone curious, I have seeked help and am seeing a therapist/psychiatrist weekly/monthly and have been on courses of medication that virtually did nothing, exept make symptoms much worse...

Finshaggy is right in that I want to lower my tolerance , because even the best of weeds have been "dull" to me lately. I think that weight loss could help acheive this, as well as seek spiritual and mental enlightenment.

Try doing stretches after smoking. Sometimes I just feel too energized to just watch TV but it's late at night, so I'll look up random yoga shit, or do stretches that we used to do before TaeKwonDo, or some that we did in school. It just makes you feel good, and sometimes even higher :D

Try smoking before and after stretching :D
Or, just one of those.

Whenever I get in a funk I find it better to smoke with a buddy. This way, no matter what, my mind becomes clear and the fog dissipates into oblivion.

You prolly should detoxify yourself,find some kind of outdoor hobby or at least walk around a bit,Change your thought patterns dont work for the weed let the weed work for you.Dont let your mind control you control your mind,dont ponder life,live it.Whats gonna happen is gonna happen one way or another.Do stuff to make you proud of yourself.We all hit slumps,lifes full of curve balls and bumps ,do the right thing and dont be a chump!

Take in a deep breathe, realize that you're here in this world right now, realize that life is exactly that (to live), realize that you are just as important as a member to the world as the president of the USA or bob marley, realize that you are a living being and it's natural to feel this way, realize that stress does not help any situation....now with this knowledge you have gained, live life and be happy you're here (even if you believe there is no point).

And trust me dude, you are not alone....shit, I'm in the same boat as you lol....lets have a boat party (the boat party is kinda a metaphor, as to say, if things are bad make them better)



While breathing, it helps to look at your hands because it helps you realize that you're an amzing being. Hope you feel good soon dude and I hope for the best for you. :).

You're eating because you're high.....doesn't take a genious to figure that out. I was a stay high for more years than I wish to admit, but I quit one day, and that was that. MJ is not addictive physically.....period. It's a mind game. It sounds like you believe you need it, and you simply don't.

I promise that if you just give it up, the world looks way brighter. I stayed away from it for years, but now I've gone back, and only use to help me sleep, or when my meds aren't helping my nerve damage, or if I'm having one of these weird seizure like events. I never just get stoned for the sake of it.

Just quit. It isn't that hard. The hard part is staying away from your friends that are smokers. I quit haning with them and found new friends that don't smoke. After that, I spend all my time with my family, and doing cool sports that I only did when I wasn't too baked to get off my couch.

I can grow and don't have any desire to sit around and get high for fun. I strictly use it as a medication, for which I have and enjoy having a med card from my great state, and don't abuse the privelage of having that.

You just have to grow up man. We all need to do that.

Tough love bro.
