Hi all, recently I have had some bad hits of depression and my anxiety has kind of gotten worse as well. Anyway, my original idea of smoking weed was to supress this problem. Also, it makes me feel more centered and spiritual (connected). But recently getting high has kind of become my life, and it is almost making my problems worse.
It is making me financially fucked, (Yea, I am growing but have nothing left of last years harvest) I feel like I have sort of become a stoner/crack head, like I wake'n'bake and spend most of the day fucked up on weed. I never would kill myself, but my mind is always racing, and thinking ... why bother... why try...it all ends in death....and feel like I'm sedated in an asylum
My question to you is, what methods/steps do you take to start limiting your weed. I don't smoke tobacco with joints haven't in ages, so I'm not addicted to anything. My tollerance to weed has built up, caused me to gain some extra lbs and this has caused me to smoke more weed to get high. Either way, I want to start limiting my intake quite significantly, especially in regards to my health and well being.
Second, if I lost some weight (I'm not fat, but could lose maybe 15lbs) would I get the same high of less bud?
