Edit: I do agree that they will shift efferts to other things, but why give them money when we could have this industry here in the US? If everyone grows and there is not market for it (bullshit, its basically legal here in cali and the market is BOOMIN, hello!!!) Let them import more meth or whatever. The less industries they play in here, the more of this money stays here in the US.
