Thanks all for the positive reinforcement. Oh that yellowing was a little spider mite and light burn. Not sure which one caused the most damage. Pretty impressive that it was still able to produce like that. At first I thought the problem might be a N deficiency, then I thought it was a micro def. I think I had the light to close to the plant which did keep the spider mites from getting out of control. No sir, it wasnt a perfect grow. I posted pics of all my problems here on rollitup, but no one was able to geuss my problem. It is wat it is!

i can tell you this much. that isn't from light burn or spider mites. i'd bet the house on it. it was either a N or K deficiency or lockout. i'm pretty sure of that. i had a similar problem while back and it turned out too much Ca was locking out K. i've also seen bloom formulas too light in N cause the same issue.

i can't understand this..... i have seen a proven grow system that produces 8-12 oz/plant and am replicating it at the mo.

no drop in quality either...

can't believe people are bragging at 6 oz

He is not bragging, but celebrating his harvest!

Have you harvested yet from the 8-12 oz proven grow yet?

please post pics of your first few grows and the harvests you pulled. he's not bragging about it; he's just sharing with community that he got 6oz. off one plant as a new grower. quit being a dick. feel free to post some pics of your plants. plus, you aren't getting 8-12oz. off a single indoor plant unless you are growin 7' tall plants in huge pots or you are super scrogging a plant.

fimming in 50 litre pots, 5 week weg, 6 plants under 4 x 600 w lights
i look forward to seeing your pictures when you post them. i doubt 5 weeks veg is gonna get you anywhere close to 8-12oz. per plant. especially as a new grower. i wish you the best of luck but don't be so quick to hate on other people. at least till you have a few quality harvests under your belt.

OP: By all means congrats on the harvest. 6oz is nothing to shrug at and my original comment was more meant to deter people from doubting you than to say 6oz wasn't an accomplishment.

But at the same time, Scooby, 8-12oz from a 5week veg isn't anything to doubt. With my HIDs I try to average 4oz/plant with a 3 week veg. I don't do single large plants indoors but here Flowamasta is hitting 19.5oz from a 5 week veg on his third grow. https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/502381-flowamastas-grow-no-3-indica-7.html

IMO everyone needs to be more positive. Everyone.

With that comment. ther is a strong possibility that I did have to much calcium, so u hit something ther. But it did have some spider mites, not a shit load, butt they were there. I have 100x handheld scope. Expensive. The leaves on the top of the cola when I was in week 2 of flower, turned like a light bright green. One of my problems that I must overcome is that I am color blind of green. This does not mean I cant see green it means I have issues with different greens on green. Plus I cant see certain kind of greens when mixed with other colors.

i think if you read my post you will see that i said "without supper scrogging." which is basically what flow is doing. he's got 2 layers of screen from what i have seen of the thread so far.

lol...that's a shitty color to be "blind" on as a cannibus grower. :bigjoint:

And he's hitting 19.5 oz... If you think you can't, or that it's super difficult, to hit 8oz from a 5week veg without scrogging...

you surely can. the right strain and dialed in room, techniques, nutes, medium, etc... you might wanna read my post again. real hard for a newb. especially indoor considering most of us aren't growing trees indoors because of height and light penetration issues.

i'm not exactly a newbie..... first grow 'myself'... but have built many grow rooms and advised on grows going back to 2009.

i appreciate your comments though, i should be more positive and appreciate the hard work they have put in

+rep for both you guys

would you agree that most indoor growers that are NOT using LST or other training techniques aren't growing plants much taller than 5'? considering the average room or tent height, ballast depth, pot size, etc... pulling 12oz. off a 50" plant without training is really tough in my opinion.

Hey guys, this is a celebration not a debate. I vegg for 2 months and scrog, yea, that's why I didwell. I hear a lot of talk, i hear some snootiness. We are pot smokers and we should encourage each other. Everyone has a diff. way. Some grow in Europe and they have a totally diff. way than we do, mostly cause they cant get a hold of what i can. Point is, if ur worried about being accepted for ur dick size, ur in the wrong forum.
