How to manage growing multiple strains at once, specifically outdoor grow

I'm currently growing a variety seedling strains
  • THC Bomb
  • Barneys Liberty Haze
  • Barneys Pineapple Chunk
  • Barneys L.S.D
  • assorted freebies
They are 2 weeks old, in Solo cups and I expect to up-pot this weekend and ultimately outdoors early June.

Seems I picked the seeds based on their individual qualities but never thought of the fact that each strain may require different handling ( feeding times/type, finishing period etc).

Does anyone have any tips on "managing" a multiple strain outdoor grow in one location/garden?
My seedlings at 1 week

Thx for reading.

Find out what you can about each variety you have going. Grow them outside and stick with the plants that not only suit you, but your climate as well. Then, don't make the same mistake twice. It's OK bro, lots of us have been there !! :eyesmoke:

Keep a chart, or diary etc. It will make it much easier keeping track of what needs what and when etc. There are not really any tricks, it's mostly just experience, time management, and organization.

I grow for variety so I always have a bunch of different strains going. The one thing that made this oodles easier was switching to an all organic approach with AACTs and myco fungi. I just make sure my soil is well prepared and if I have plants with really different nutrient requirements, they can sort it out for themselves!

Thx Guys! Hey Bugeye, I think AACT is some type of aerated compost tea but could you please provide some more detail on what it is? please

Yes, you are correct. AACT is an Actively Aerated Compost Tea. Many recipes but a little unsulphered molasses and fresh worm castings is all you need for a simple and effective one, just add water and bubble.

Good threads on the topic here at RIU or check out this link: http://microbeorganics.com/ for some good info.
