Also the key ingredient IMO in a good sandwitch is bread. You cant have an outstanding sandwitch with out some good bread.

Eh, here's a basic four step process which isn't really good but...

Lay the two slices of bread side by side.
Add choice of content to the slices of bread.
Add any condiments desired to the contents.
Put sandwich together so that the content is all in the middle and the empty side of the bread is facing the outside.
