How to flush??

Ok . I am on day 40 of flower and I'm growing in ffof. Using 3 gallon fabric pots. Growing pineapplechunk with a 55-60 day flowering period. When should I start flushing and with what kind of water. Currently using tap that has sat out over 24hrs and ph'd to 6.8 to flush an auto but I havent tasted it yet. My water here in Oklahoma Reads 80ppm. Should buy a cheap RO system to flush? I have tried some other stuff around here and it was harsh after they flushed for 2 weeks. Could this be because of the trace nutes in the water during flush? Please help! My flushing period is coming soon!!!

Don't rely on strain pakage info. If you use 12/12 night cycle add an extra week atleast. So that would give you 3-4 weeks. Watch fir when most of the pistil have turn on overal of the plant not just the top (when or if ut fox tail a litle it usual have new pistil forming, so it not a good indicator) if you check your trichomes good. But from today check how fast your pistil are turning when you can time that it will take a week for 70-90 to have turn and crystal are looking good. You fill your bathube of water let it sit 24 hours. And dip the pot plant underwater completely. Get all the air bubbles out.. Do this to all plant. 100saturation in the tube. Emty the tube and run tapped cholrine water thru it a few times. You can finished iff buy pourung dechorinated water to get the tap water out. It will reduce your biodiversity. Beneficial bacteria and fungi.. And nutes will be completely unavailable will take a while for beneficial bacteria to replenish and start breaking the soil again to feed the plant. Thats it. No magic you just let all bacteria fungi abd availalke nutrient to flush out. Your plant wil then start to eat it self. If your window if harvest is really close and you thing your plant could still eat itself a lithe more remove all the big fan leave all the way to the top and a few the small if you are short of time.. If your plant are really green when you harvest it will taste like you mantionned. If they are really pale and almost or fall alone it will tast better.

Thanks for all the replies guys. Thanks Frigualt. I will try that. I thought they looked a little premature to flush. I will let them go atleast 2-3 weeks more weeks. When should I stop giving them nutes and switch over to straight water?

That's still flushing. Smh.
Flushing is when you use 3x or more water then usual to flush pot out and should only done in emergency situations in my opinion. Fading is when you give plain water with no nutrients at same amount of water as when you were feeding nutrients, usually done for 2 weeks or so at end of plants life.

Watering your plants is flushing?

Not to side track but is that a Argentino dogo? I want one next after my Cane Corso so my Doberman can train him.

Just to answer the question of how to flush - Slowly pour three times the pot size of water through the volume of soil so if in an 11litre pot flush 33litres through. That was the old advice and original set amount to achieve a reduction in built up nutrients.
