well it was given to me by a friend he said it was LED vut when i went to take a second look and unscrewed the bulb i found out what it was.

Oddball?. That is not an 150w sun system HPs all in one light fixture? I sold a 400 that looked identical..

A good rule of thumb is like 50w per sq foot of plant... some people go 30w others 100w. Matter of opinion there but just something for reference.
