How does my setup look?

I had these little clones on a 600hps, but I soon realized that it was way to strong and they started to get stressed, so I got some fluorescents. I have 3 rows of 80 watts in each row, and a total of 9 plants. I have a mh also, when is a good time to switch back to a stronger light, when they get a little sturdier? Any feedback will be much appreciated!

How's the drainage in those bags?

They have a good amount of holes in them, but since i am not giving them a ton of water yet I am not seeing much runoff. is that ok for now?

Plants need around 1/3 the light during veg, as they do during flower. I'm no pro but flourecents are good for veg, especially 6500k. But when the plants get a little bigger hit em with the hps, just make sure you don't get it to close. No more than a foot and a half from tops of plants. Good luck.

That 600watt hps can grow acceptable buds up to 4ft away. Switch to Metal Halide so that those plants fill out a little bit about 2 weeks before you start flowering, that way they are already filled out by the time you hit them with the HPS.
