how does my grow flow

I will post a picture of the set up... it might be another day or two

the injectors are nice for long long absences

the nutrients are never ending and the ph always steady without need for adjustment

if you wait until after stretch is over and the need to raise lights is done you can easily go 2 weeks without looking at your graden
go on vacation come back and theres still nothing to do provided you don't get pests and thins don't get over grown

I take a more hands on approach here, but our goals may be different; I'm looking to maximize operating efficiencies at commercial scale while maintaining high quality. I'm doing fairly well, so far.
 
the water pressure gauge was a few bucks

if I needed to save I suppose I could have controlled the water pressure at the well regulator

if your on city water you may need it depending

but otherwise the pressure could be to much for the drip fittings and blow them apart

I cant stop looking for reason to play with the garden... but I have gone on vacation and had no issue while I was gone

when your garden gets bigger you will want less work ...there will be plenty to do with a large space

Yeah, I'm on city water. Not complaining, it's pretty damn fabulous!

Since I have multiple reservoirs, I'd need to set things up to dose more than one.

You're preaching to the choir! Been there, done that- and worked out quite a few labor savers along the way.

will each need to have different nute profiles or will they all get the same feed?

you will need to separate the veg and bloom

dosatron the flower area and keep the veg on reseviors or buy 4 dosatrons.. 2 for flower and 2 for veg

personally I feed the same nutes from start of 12/12 to harvest

but I have played with reductions in N

you could dilute stock tank A by a % and rough calculate the reduction

example:

stock tank A has 20Gallons left in it
I add 2 gallons it reduces the N 10% and so on

you may need to adjust the way you mix the stock takes perhaps buy putting the potassium nitrate in stock tank B instead of stock tank A but it can be done

theres likely a proper way to calculate the reduction but im not that smart
 
  • if you get the adjustable mixing ratio injector you might be able to change it by turning the dial if you can figure out the nute formulas

one last thought for you to get tomorrow lol

on city water with the injectors you would eliminate the need for pumps of any kind... no air stones or air pumps either

the water comes from the source and goes directly into your medium/plant ...on the way there it picks up the nutrients from the injectors directly into the pipe line or main water feed

one day when I have the money... id like to pick up another dosatron injector and run three stock tanks

this would allow me to use potassium silicate in the mix... but it cant share space in stock tank A or B so it would require its own stock tank C

then I would eliminate the use of potassium chloride and some of the potassium sulfate ultimately lowering Sulfur also

I didn't realize how the green cure works

after a night to sleep on it I guess the burning tips on my fan leaves are likely Mg def from eleveated ph

it makes sense since they look like theyre Mg def

I sprayed them 2x within 5 days, which caused the leaf burn or more likely the Mg def

Green Cure can burn your leaves if you apply it too often, if the room is too warm or dry or if you get it too strong.
